1. Agreement Description
This Auto-Payment Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a valid agreement between you and WaterlyFit (hereinafter referred to as "the APP") regarding the auto-renewal service. By clicking "Agree" or activating the auto-renewal service, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement.
2. Paid Feature Description
Adding alarms (drink water reminders) is a paid feature of this app. You need to purchase a membership to add and manage custom drink water reminder alarms.
As shown above, the "+" button for adding alarms is the paid feature entry. You cannot use it without a membership.
3. Service Content
3.1 The app provides both a free basic version and a paid premium version.
3.2 Premium membership includes but is not limited to:
- Add and manage custom drink water reminder alarms
- Personalized hydration plan customization
- Detailed data analysis reports
- Multi-device data sync
- Ad-free experience
4. Payment & Auto-Renewal
4.1 You can choose the following payment options:
- Monthly membership: $0.29/month
- Annual membership: $0.99/year (equivalent to $0.082/month)
4.2 After enabling auto-renewal, the system will automatically renew your subscription and deduct the corresponding fee from your account within 24 hours before the current period expires.
4.3 Renewal prices are subject to the market price at the time of renewal. If there are any changes, we will notify you in advance.
5. Payment Authorization
5.1 You agree and authorize the APP to process automatic payments through the Apple payment system.
5.2 You should ensure sufficient account balance. Service usage may be affected if renewal fails due to insufficient funds.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1 You can cancel the auto-renewal service on your iOS device at any time:
- Go to "Settings - iTunes & App Store - Apple ID - Subscriptions" to cancel
6.2 After cancellation, your current subscription will remain active until its expiration date, after which it will automatically convert to the basic version.
6.3 No refunds will be provided for active subscription periods except as required by law.
7. Service Changes and Notifications
7.1 The APP reserves the right to adjust service content and prices based on actual circumstances.
7.2 We will notify you in advance of any significant changes through in-app notifications, email, or other means.
8. Additional Terms
8.1 The APP reserves the right to interpret this agreement.
8.2 Any matters not covered by this agreement shall be governed by the Terms of Service.
