User Agreement

Dear user, welcome to use the products and services provided by the individual developer (hereinafter referred to as "the Developer" or "I"). This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a legal contract between you and me regarding the use of the services.
I. Acceptance of Terms
- 1.1 By registering, logging in, or actually using the services, you are deemed to have fully accepted all the contents of this Agreement.
- 1.2 You must comply with any supplementary rules related to specific features (if any), which form part of this Agreement.
- 1.3 If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, please stop using the services immediately.
II. Description of Services
- 2.1 The services I provide are personal development projects, including but not limited to:

- Register multiple accounts to undermine system fairness
- 3.2 You are legally responsible for all actions under your account.
IV. User Obligations
- 4.1 You agree not to use the services to:
- Upload viruses/malicious code
- Publish illegal or infringing content
- Interfere with other users' normal use
- 4.2 If any violations are found, I will take measures such as deletion in accordance with the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China.
V. Intellectual Property
- 5.1 You retain the copyright of original content you upload, but grant me a global, non-exclusive license for service operation.
- 5.2 The interface design, source code, trademarks, etc. of this application are owned by the individual developer.
VI. Privacy Protection
- 6.1 I will strictly protect your personal information. For the full policy, see the Privacy Policy.
- 6.2 Information will only be disclosed in the following situations:
- As required by law
- To protect the legitimate rights and interests of the developer or others
VII. Disclaimer
- 7.1 You understand and agree that:
- The developer does not guarantee the timeliness or accuracy of the services
- No liability is assumed for service interruptions caused by force majeure
- 7.2 For in-app purchases made through the App Store, refunds must be handled in accordance with Apple's policies.
VIII. Modification of Agreement
- 8.1 I have the right to modify this Agreement in accordance with laws, regulations, or business needs. Major changes will be notified by:
- In-app pop-up announcements
- Notification to the registered email (if provided)
- 8.2 Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
IX. Governing Law
- 9.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
- 9.2 Disputes should be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the People's Court in [Your Location].
